When will my order ship?
During the checkout process, when you select a shipping method, we will provide you with an estimated delivery date for your order. Please note that this estimated date is not a guaranteed delivery date.
Standard Shipping: 7–15 business days
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information to let you know that your package is on its way. Upgraded shipping methods only reduce the transit time after the package has left our warehouse in San Diego, California.
Note: Payment is deducted from your account immediately after your order is successfully submitted.
On which days do you offer delivery services?
Most of our orders are delivered by FedEx, with delivery services available Monday through Friday. Delivery typically takes place between 9:00 AM and 8:00 PM. Please refer to the information displayed on the checkout page for your specific estimated delivery date.
Note: Packages are picked up by the carrier only on business days (Monday through Friday).

We offer free ground shipping on all orders shipped within the United States. Once your payment has been verified, most orders will ship from our warehouse in San Diego, California, within 1–3 business days.
