The logo is the capital letter “M”, built on a strong foundation and connected by three pillars which represent “materials, details and innovation.”

melinn is a spin on the word “milliner”, which is a term for a custom hat maker that originally dates back to the 16th century in Milan, Italy.

How do I clean my melinn craft?
We recommend spot cleaning with a damp white cloth and soap. Dab from the edges of the stain working from the outside toward thecenter to keep the stained area from getting larger.

Our thermal styles are crafted with a stain repellent material, so most minor stains and markings can be removed with basic spot cleaning.Do not machine wash.

All styles in our Hydro collection are water repellent and designed specifically for use in the water.

Where are your products made?
We design all styles in California, source materials from all over the world, and produce in Vietnam and China.

When will I receive my Refund, Exchange, or eGift Card Refund?

For the fastest processing, as soon as the Returns Bar processes your return or exchange:

  2. We will begin processing your new order

If you ship your return back to us, as soon as it is received:

How do I return or exchange my order?

We offer two options for returning your items to us:

  1. You can choose to drop your exchange off at Return Bar location for the quickest option.
  2. Alternatively, we will provide you with a free shipping label to print, and you can pack and ship your return or exchange back to us.

You will need your order number to begin processing your return or exchange. You can find your order number on:

  1. Your account page
  2. Your shipping label listed after “PO” under your address
  3. Your order or shipping confirmation email
